Who Is Eligible to Join?

  
  Each member of our organization has been prescreened prior to membership to prove that he/she has been forced to endure the unfairness and self-serving cruelty at the hands of D.Y.F.S.
Then if you check out clearly as far as not being a D.Y.F.S. caseworker, employee, or a person having been criminally convicted by the court for any D.Y.F.S. charges that may have been pressed against you, as well as alcohol or drug offenses, drug or alcohol offense that you had been criminally charged with after you had an open D.Y.F.S. case and then convicted of by the criminal courts.
A person will be deemed "eligible" for membership in NJPAD after they have had our contracted private investigator screen you for all of the above.
 If your screening checks out clearly and you can prove a validated unfair ruling by D.Y.F.S. against yourself or your family member, then a person will be deemed eligible for membership into N.J.P.A.D.
All biological parents, family members and spouses who have been unjustifiably victimized by D.Y.F.S.
All foster parents who have been unjustifiably victimized by D.Y.F.S.
All children ages 16 to adult in foster care who have been unjustifiably victimized by D.Y.F.S.
All New Jersey residents regardless of their age, race, creed, color, religious beliefs, national or ethnic background, or gender.
